W. F. Docker

W. F. Docker is a fifth generation Fresnan and a third generation Fresno attorney. He is a senior Of Counsel attorney with McCormick Barstow, having joined the firm in 1977.

Experience

Mr. Docker represents farmers and business owners in connection with all matters, including entity selection and formation, leases, sales and acquisitions and assists high net worth individuals in estate planning and family and business succession planning. He also has extensive experience in estate and trust administration, representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in routine and contested probate and trust accounting and administration matters.

Mr. Docker is AV Preeminent Peer Review Rated with Martindale-Hubbell . Mr. Docker was selected for inclusion in the Northern California Super Lawyers list (2009-2019) for his primary area of practice in Estate Planning and Probate.

Community Involvement

Mr. Docker has served on the Fresno Philharmonic Board of Directors and was Board President in 2002-2004 and 2006-2008. Mr. Docker has also served on the Board of Directors of the Central California Blood Center and is a past Board President (2012-2014) of Sunnyside County Club.
