W. W. Frank Wilbert

Frank Wilbert primarily practices in the area of trial and appellate civil litigation on behalf of individual and corporate clients, with a focus on intellectual property litigation, commercial litigation and tort litigation. Mr. Wilbert frequently represents clients in the trucking and insurance industries. Further, his practice includes real estate, banking, and construction litigation. Mr. Wilbert has conducted numerous trials in both federal and state court. In additon to the successful defense of hundreds of lawsuits, Mr. Wilbert recently obtained a multi-million dollar settlement for his clients.

Mr. Wilbert was named a rising star in the practice area of intellectual property litigation by Mid-South Super Lawyers Magazine for two consecutive years. Mr. Wilbert was the only attorney given this honor in Tennessee, Arkansas, or Mississippi in 2008.

Mr. Wilbert has participated in the presentation and production of a number of continuing education seminars.
