ABOUT William A. Forsythe

Andy Forsythe (William A. Forsythe) practices in the areas of business litigation, employment litigation, and construction law. He also advises and represents clients in the coal mining and health industries. Andy was born in Missoula and grew up in Billings, Montana. He attended Tufts University in Massachusetts, graduating in 1975 magna cum laude with a degree in History. He then attended law school at the University of Montana and graduated with honors in 1979.After law school, Andy worked for two and a half years with Corette, Smith, and Dean in Butte, Montana, practicing in the area of personal injury defense. He returned to Billings in 1982 and joined the Moulton Bellingham firm. Litigation, including judge and jury trials, and administrative and arbitration hearings, have been a large part of his practice. Andy has gained a reputation as an experienced and thorough litigator throughout the State. He is rated “AV" in Martindale Hubble, and is listed in the Best Lawyers in America publication in the business litigation category.Andy enjoys regularly commuting to work by bicycle, when Montana weather permits, and he enjoys spending time with his wife and adult children.
