William J. Bahr

Born in Wichita, Kansas, 1972, Bill is from Great Bend, Kansas. He attended Kansas State University, where he earned a B.A. in 1994. He attended law school at the University of Kansas, was managing editor of the Kansas Law Review, and was awarded his J.D. in 1997. Bill was admitted to the bar in Kansas in 1997.

Bill joined Arthur-Green, LLP in 1997. He is experienced in general civil litigation, including personal injury defense, business litigation, and construction disputes. Bill also represents several financial institutions with transactions, collections and foreclosures. Bill also advises business clients in a variety of areas including transactions and employment. He is active in the Manhattan community and currently serves on the board of directors of the Meadowlark Hills Retirement Community, the Boys and Girls Club of Manhattan, the Riley County Legal Ethics Committee, and the Council of Education for Manhattan Catholic Schools.
