William J. Dailey, Jr. is the Senior Partner at the law firm of Sloane and Walsh. He specializes in the defense of professional liability, product liability, general liability, insurance coverage, and general civil litigation matters. He is a graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University Law School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Dailey has been voted one of the 100 best lawyers in Massachusetts by his peers and has been honored by the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association by being selected for the Defense Lawyer of the Year Award. Mr. Dailey has regularly been selected for listing in the Best Lawyers in America. Mr. Dailey has also been a lecturer at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education seminars, Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Harvard Law School and Suffolk Law School.
Mr. Dailey has been active in civic affairs in the Town of Lexington where he was a Selectman for 12 years. Mr. Dailey has also been asked to serve as a mediator or arbitrator in cases including product liability, construction accidents and medical malpractice claims.
