Represented Consolidated Natural Gas Company in its merger with Dominion Resources, Inc. regarding the former company's Pennsylvania Local Distribution Company; represented Dominion Resources, Inc. in the sale of a gas subsidiary in Pennsylvania to SteelRiver Infrastructure Fund, N.A.; represented Edison Mission Energy in its $1.8 billion acquisition of GPU Energy's Homer City Generation Station; represented local distribution company in upholding its use of independent contractors; represented local distribution company in its settlement of two gas explosion enforcement actions. Represented water company before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in certification dispute with a municipal authority; represented large industrial cogeneration customer in rate dispute before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
