After striking the tow truck, the car was spun around and crashed into a newly-opened restaurant, KSHB reports. The crash caused extensive damage to the building.

Police suspected the driver was drunk and placed him under arrest. A breathalyzer showed that his blood alcohol concentration was .24 percent.
