What Fees Are Involved in Bankruptcy?

In addition to satisfying the fee associated with filing for bankruptcy, you’ll also need to pay for pre-bankruptcy credit counseling. Pre-bankruptcy credit counseling must be completed before you file and can cost anywhere from $15-$25. After you file for bankruptcy, you’ll then need to complete a debtor education course.
